Trouble creating an Otter account using iPhones

We are aware that certain iPhones are having trouble creating an Otter Camera accounts. There is a hotfix being deployed now - 3 pm CT 2/19/2019 - that should be live in the next 24 hours. In the meantime, if you need to create a camera account, you can contact support directly at support@otter.network and we will assist you with manually setting up an account.
